Talked to a nutritionist a few days ago for my marathon training and
she suggested I go Vegan and gluten free in order to help with some problems I’ve had for a few years. I’d go into more detail but they’re defiantly TMI.
ANYWAYS, I’ve been trying out veganism for 2 days and it’s already made a difference. I actually have vegan bread (randomly) but not gluten free. I’ll have to get some when my mom can take me to the health food store we go to sometimes. The only down side is I do have to take a few supplements in order to make up for some vitamins I lose through going vegan.
One thing is for sure, keeping up the protein is hard which makes natural peanut butter the best food ever.
